The BMW M8 is still in production and has yet to show up, but while we expect the Bavarian company Manhart to launch the high-performance version of the 8 Series, the M850i has come down with a modified operation.
The BMW M850i is currently the top of the Series 8, although it has the M logo, but it’s not a full M car in terms of specifications, but a 4.4-liter V8 engine with twin turbocharger generates 523 hp and 750 Nm of torque, It seems that the car does not need more power.
Manhart had a different opinion. The company modified the M850i and reprogrammed the engine to increase the horsepower to 621 hp and 870 Nm of torque, making the car stronger than the M8 with the upcoming competition.
After tuning the engine, Manhart also focused his attention on the exterior of the exciting coupe. The car was replaced by a pair of H&R springs that lowered the car’s height. The car also got 21-inch wheels and four exhaust pipes with carbon fiber rims. The same material in the rear wing and front air diffuser.
The external finishes are complemented by decorative gold accents, which are available as optional specifications.
The collapsed price or performance figures for the revised BMW M850i have not yet been announced, but of course the car will be able to accelerate from zero to 100 km / h in about 3 seconds, surely surpassing the regular BMW M850i price will arrive in 2019, which starts on Globally from US 145,500 $, to our markets during the first quarter of 2019.
